Shipping policy
We can only dispatch orders on weekdays, orders after Friday 3pm will not be dispatched until the following Monday. Orders are sent with DHL or Royal Mail, depending on the nature of the item, most deliveries are 24 hours or 48 hours. Weekend deliveries are not possible, so please order in advance.
Once goods leave our premises, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time and date, however we will do our utmost to get the goods to you as soon as possible.

What couriers do we use?
DHL
If you have ordered an item that is over 2 KG in weight, over 60cm long in length, liquids, lifejackets, or knives, they will be delivered by DHL. Most deliveries would be 24 hour delivery during business days, and will be delivered on the day after your order has been marked as dispatched, driver will require a signature so we'd like to ask our customers to be present at the delivery address. You will recieve a text of the delivery hourly slot if you have your mobile number on your order.
ROYAL MAIL
If you have ordered an item that is less than 2 KG in weight and conforms to Royal Mail prohibited and restricted goods, they will be delivered by Royal Mail. Deliveries would take up to 48 hours on business days.
Can I collect in store?
In case you didn't know, we have a shop!
If you'd like to collect, you can do this in the checkout and click on 'Collect in Store' in the delivery method box. Otherwise you are welcome to come in and say hello, we have thousands of items in our warehouse.

United Kingdom Deliveries
We currently accept orders from all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. Carriage to areas that is not in UK Mainland will show accordingly at the checkout. The majority of items shipped to addresses are sent via DHL or Royal Mail.

Deliveries for Isles of Scilly will be charged at standard UK Mainland rate and requires a steamship account, we will arrange for a delivery to Scilly Steamship Company in Penzance. Please enter your account number in the note box at the checkout. We cannot deliver directly to Scilly, so please ensure you have the steamship account. Thank you.
